Software Structure
Figure 1 illustrates the logical structure. Topics can be accessed either via the 'Overview of Decision Topics' or directly via a link to the topic.
Each topic can then contain any number of proposals.
At the bottom of the topic/proposal page, there is a navigation and voting area. The title (topic or proposal) of the page you are currently viewing is displayed in bold. Links to other pages are provided. By following these links, you can easily access the detailed descriptions of the proposals.
