Create a Topic Proposal

Should you wish to propose a solution for the topic, you can do so by clicking on 'Create a new proposal for topic' (Figure 1). Under 'Election Proposal' (Figure 2), please enter your proposal's title and press 'Add new proposal'. Your proposal is then editable.
